hello! i'm anastasia paveloff, your guide through the sacred spheres of dream, play, community, and ceremony. i'm an artist, teacher, ordained minister, prophetic dreamer, and intuitive channel who utilizes dream tending and deep imagination—a depth psychological and jungian modality—to access unconscious desires your psyche is making conscious through your dreams and waking life.

 

i help you journey through the rich landscapes of your personal story reflected everywhere in and around you, unlocking what you most yearn for—whether you're deep in the underworld of your dark night, just a little lost, or feel completely stuck and want more joy—to feel alive again. i'm not a therapist, though this high play can be therapeutic, profoundly rewarding, and add to what you do with other licensed healers and psycho-spiritual helpers, like my fellow companions on spiritual directors international.

 

my work is informed by dr. stephen aizenstat's dream tending and deep imagination (level i and ii certified), yin yoga, pranayama, mindfulness meditation, expressive arts therapy teaching, the goddess traditions, mysticism, nature medicine, depth psychology, indigenous praxes, and my expansive studies in the humanities, arts, creativity, and school of life, offering me expertise in the underworld and how desperately we need ritual as we transition through the phases of life.

i'm based in los angeles, ca and work primarily online through zoom (though i LOVE to work in nature, too), and am, above all, an ambassador of PLAY! after years of overworking myself and focusing on accomplishment, then suffering through breakdown, isolation, and significant loss and death, i began to let myself play and love a little more, until i remembered that those moments in life i invoked my highest excitement, for all those equally important moments in the dark, were what truly "open[ed] doors ... where there [we]re only walls," as joseph campbell famously said.
